Roger Marshall, a boat designer and former technical editor for Soundings, a boating newspaper, publishes Marshall's Marine Review, a monthly newsletter. His previous books include Marshall's Marine Sourcebook, Designed to Cruise, and Yacht Design Details. He lives in Jamestown, Rhode Island.
